I worked with Han for roughly two years while he was at Bould Design. We hired Han as he was graduating from college. As a junior designer, Han was able to use his creative skills to further the goals of the projects that I worked with him on. He was organized and well-prepared for our design reviews, facilitating a smooth design process. We were able to work through several complex product development projects during his time at the company and Han was able to learn and contribute further with each one. He is a dedicated employee, easy to work with, and has a strong self-awareness and desire to learn and improve.

I worked with Han on the Puka project, where he excelled as a product designer, overseeing the entire design process. He quickly familiarized himself with the poker industry, conducted research that informed both design and business decisions, and presented his design solutions in a clear and structured manner.
Han possesses strong critical thinking skills, enabling him to effectively address complex challenges and edge cases. He is also a team player and a fast learner. He actively collaborates with engineers to understand technical constraints, incorporates them into the design iteration process, and proposes creative solutions that balance these constraints without compromising the user experience.
