Mezli is a fully autonomous restaurant that serves freshly prepared Mediterranean bowls. Customers order through a digital interface on the side of the unit, and two independent assembly lines inside turn refrigerated raw ingredients into hot meals that can be picked up at the end of the unit.

Mezli developed an automated system capable of delivering freshly heated meals in under 2 minutes. The team aimed to bring this technology to consumers by enabling on-site ordering & pickup.
